|HOW DO YOU COMPILE YOUR IMPORTER LISTS?
|Our company, World Technology Corporation,
has compiled and updated databases on international businesses
for USA publishers for over 10 years. The company information
in our Importer List database was originally drawn from Custom’s
reports from shipping ports throughout the world. As a result,
we only compile information on established importers of your
company's products. Over the past 10 years, we have also supplemented
our importer database with importer information from Chambers
of Commerce’s and Trade Attaches throughout the world.
|HOW OFTEN IS YOUR IMPORTER LIST DATABASE
|We are continually updating our database through the use of e-mailed, faxed, and mailed questionnaires. We update the database region by region, and also industrial sector by sector. The full update of our database takes 12-18 months. Although by its very nature, international company data is difficult to keep completely updated, in the past, we have found our Importer List database to be of a much higher quality than our competitor’s data, such as Dun & Bradstreet International.
|HOW DO YOU DELIVER THE IMPORTER LISTS?
|Our Importer Lists are delivered
to you by e-mail in a Microsoft Excel format for easy use and
manipulation. We do not send our files in PDF or database format
that are difficult to cut and paste into form letters.

|DO YOU GUARANTEE THAT THE INFORMATION
|Yes, if you are not totally satisfied with the quality of our Importer Lists, we will refund up to 85% of your purchase price. We will also credit you $0.50/record that you report to us is incorrect up to 100% of the cost of your Importer List.
|WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
|Any requests for refunds must be

and will be refunded in full if an order has not yet been shipped.
For orders that have been shipped, World Technology Corporation
management reserves sole discretion on the decision to grant

right to offer a partial refund at managements's discretion

|DO YOUR IMPORTER LISTS HAVE E-MAIL ADDRESSES?
Approximately 20% of our Importer
Lists have e-mail addresses. Regarding e-mail addresses, most
companies who are true, established importers do not give
out their e-mail addresses unless they are interested in your
products. To develop international sales, you will have to
mail a letter with a brochure on your fine products to these
companies and include your e-mail address. Please make sure
to include all specifications and payment and shipping terms.
Once they receive your letter and are interested in your product
line, they will certainly e-mail you directly. We have found
that most "traders" that are willing to give out their e-mail
addresses are actually brokers that are trying to go between
manufacturers and true importers, and who do not offer any
real services such as financing, logistics, etc. To develop
international sales, you cannot rely on e-mails to start business,
but as a communication tool once a relationship is developed.
Of course, if we receive any new
e-mail addresses for your Importer List, we will e-mail them
to your attention.
